Habits not Motivation – What are the habits you need, what do we let go of patterns that are not helping you. From you’re plan we practice the new habits that have been put in your daily plan, weekly and intentions/goals for 3 months.

Moving your body in a way that feels good, de-stressing, reconnecting, simple workouts that work best, listening to your body and movement that feels best for you.
