Two principles -
1. If your not happy within yourself, your most likely not going to be motivated to do the things you need to do to get healthy.
2. If it doesn't help you, doesn't feel good or is something that you can't sustain over the long term, then it can't be right for you. Pushing the wrong sh*t up the wrong hill.
